At Fosch Artisan Pâtisserie, food is a natural extension of our philosophy of craftsmanship, flavour and quality. We serve breakfast, lunch and light meals prepared from scratch with the same attention to ingredients that defines our bread and pastries.
At our locations on Löjtnantsgatan and Birger Jarlsgatan in Stockholm, you can enjoy freshly baked bread, flaky croissants, salads, soups and carefully prepared dishes where seasonal ingredients always take centre stage.
Breakfast with Care and Craftsmanship
We believe breakfast should be generous, thoughtfully prepared and made from scratch. That is why we carefully select our ingredients and bake much of the bread that forms the foundation of our breakfast menu ourselves.
Our breakfast selection includes breakfast rolls, yoghurt, porridge and other dishes suitable for both busy weekday mornings and relaxed weekend breakfasts.
